4-Week Individualized Meal Plan

This nutritional meal plan comprises of a 7-day meal recommendation that is repeated for the 4 weeks. This will prepare & optimize your body for fat loss, or maintenance, depending on your goals. 

You will receive detailed questionnaires that will tell me which foods you enjoy, can afford, & help me to better understand your eating habits.  Each meal plan is thoroughly worked out, and recipes are supplied in line with the quantities of ingredients for the meal I have calculated for you.  These meals can easily be adapted to encourage your family to partake in the meals along with you.

There is no deprivation, and you choose the pace of how we approach your goals.

I take the guess work out of wondering what to make, & I make food swaps within reason to introduce you to healthier options. (I unfortunately at this time am not taking on Vegan & Vegetarian clients, but I will be focusing on these demographics as soon as possible!)

WhatsApp support is available. I operate remotely, & have multiple clients in other countries. My services are open to both men and women.

You won't find anyone who spends more time focused on creating a meal plan specially for you.  

Payment can also be made via a generated payment link created with the Ikhoka app, allowing you to use a card (please get in contact with me if you would prefer this method).

Payment can also be made via EFT - once payment reflects on the bank statement, I will be in contact via email, & send you the meal plan & additional items. Please send the proof of payment to info@syntrition.co.za
